Stainless Steel Products Factory
I can recommend Mahesh with complete confidence to anyone. Over the six months that Mahesh worked at my factory, he delivered significant value and personally drove several breakthrough improvements in the areas of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- He crashed my order-to-delivery lead time and increased customer satisfaction
- He reduced my inventory holdings and freed up my working capital
- He increased my production and improved my planning
- He improved my maintenance practices
- He improved the skill-level and morale of my employees
Even after the successful completion of the 6-month engagement, Mahesh stayed in touch and made a few personal visits to the factory to ensure that improvement initiatives were running smoothly… such genuine passion for the client’s success is very rarely seen in consultants these days.
I am therefore sure that an intelligent, hardworking, and mature gentleman like Mahesh will do very well in his personal, academic, and professional endeavors; please do not hesitate to contact me directly for any further clarifications.

Regional Head of Supply Chain Solution Sales for Key Clients
Diversified Conglomerate Business Group (with manufacturing businesses across textiles, automotive, and industrial tools, along with construction + real estate development of commercial and residential properties)
I am writing this recommendation letter for Mahesh, who reported directly to me while working for the Group. Mahesh was with us for approximately 1 ½ years, and throughout his tenure Mahesh was a true representation of professional excellence. What is unique about Mahesh is that he puts his whole heart into whatever he does, and he always strives to achieve perfection in every task/project assigned to him.
While Mahesh was with the Group, at his core was his passion to continuously improve and add exceptional value to our Group companies. Mahesh successfully used the Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive several business excellence initiatives in supply chain and operations for the group business leaders. Mahesh simultaneously also developed and mentored several employees through numerous training sessions.
I was very reluctant to accept Mahesh’s resignation and feel sad to see him leave the Group.
I wish Mahesh the very best in life.
Group President of Construction/Real Estate & Manufacturing Conglomerate
Digital Supply Chain Technology Firm
Thank you, Mahesh, for taking a client request and delivering well beyond expectations and lightning-fast!
The client was thrilled with the analysis you put together on the sustainability impact of their material excess, which even made it to the board level.
The VP of Sustainability at the client was impressed both at the speed and the creative presentation.
Thanks for your support and I look forward to working more together!
Senior Vice President

I have been working closely with Mahesh and know him in my capacity as the Senior Vice President.
During the time he was providing service to my team, we worked together to establish thought leadership in the domain of sustainable supply chain transformation with a diverse community of stakeholders including clients, partners, investors, and the media across multiple industry sectors and geographies.
Mahesh is a consummate professional in his preparations, presentations, project execution, and interpersonal relationships. It’s sad to see him go and pursue an opportunity outside, but we wish Mahesh all the best in his new endeavour.

Senior Assistant Director
Luxury 5-Star Hotel & Integrated Resort Casino
Here are my few words on our first experience with you in the last project.
Well, to begin with, it was an intensive project with very short timelines and I am impressed with your ability to learn and understand our business culture in just the first two weeks.
Your clear thoughts and intuitions quickly led you to identify the various upstream processes that needed our attention.
Your ability to demonstrate effective presentation workshops to help our stakeholders understand the complex cause and effect findings were impressive.
Since then, we gained more insights into these areas and even initiated some new projects to attempt to close the gaps. And all these are thanks to your work that had sowed these budding seeds for our improvement road map.
I look forward to an opportunity for future collaborations.
Associate Director of Food & Beverage Operations
Multi-Brand, Multi-Channel, Specialty Retailer (new warehouse management technology system)
Mahesh, I have talked to some of the operators and the warehouse supervisor.
The operators I talked to really appreciate the way you listened to what they had to say and seemed interested in their input. One said that they had talked to other consultants (I think RP) and they just kept telling them how to process something rather than taking the time to understand their challenges. That was a common theme that somebody finally cared about what was happening at MR – instead of coming over and leaving. You stayed and helped and discussed solutions with them.
The warehouse supervisor echoed much of that. She was impressed with how you learned the process and then helped her and the operators understand what was wrong and how to improve. She said that she felt like with you they had an advocate because some of the issues you called out were ones they had seen since go-live but could not get any resolution. She appreciated your willingness to jump in and help and that you could get the attention of the SEC on getting things changed and improved.
From my perspective it was great having a solid business partner, as you know our leadership over there struggles with the system at times. With so much going on in my other areas (literally another building) it was nice to have somebody who cared so much about the process acting on my behalf. You very quickly earned my trust and respect when you came in and really dug into the details. As you discovered issues, I was impressed by the way you navigated our culture and organization to get our issues in front of the right people. In the months before you arrived we were having difficulty getting our issues attended to, but your determination changed that. You prodded people, including me, to focus on these issues and resolve them. I only wished I listened sooner so that we would have been current earlier.
I know that having you made me feel much better about us getting things squared away. Obviously, you earned the confidence of our people, supervisors and business partners in the SEC. I very much enjoyed having you with us.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.
Head of Warehousing & Distribution Operations
Global Integrated Supply Chain Company (after a successful, highly complex, supply chain solution design for a key global client that has worldwide operations and US$ 500 Billion+ of annual sales revenues)
Dear Mahesh,
Thank you very much for your time, positive approach and great lessons provided. It was my first occasion to work with you – and I am super happy because of it.
Let me share with you my feedback after all sessions:
- People love to talk about themselves – so let me start from “What I’ve learned from You! The way how you are creating Value Propositions is unique. Conclusions after observing how you are working will be used by me in the future – understand current situation, customer needs, asking right the questions, way how you were collecting all information was impressive…
- “Professionality” – The whole process from the very beginning had very good structure – step by step I was realizing how strong partner we are – and how much we can offer to customer…
- “Approach” – After few minutes I could feel how much I want to work with you. From the first call – I couldn’t wait for the next one…
- “Understanding Logistics/Supply Chain” – It is high level of understanding customer needs, ambition to solve customer’s problems, and how you show it in the presentation – AWESOME!
- “FINAL EFFECT” – When I am looking at the final presentation and Value Proposition to the customer, every detail fits perfectly…
I would add much more but after such positive impact I’ve decided to attach your managers – let them know such a gold they have in their portfolio.
P.S. Sorry Mahesh – I couldn’t skip your managers – so I’ve decided to check in “Who is Who” tool to whom you are reporting – forgive me!
For a long time, I haven’t been impressed by someone – as MR. MAHESH IMPRESSED ME!
Global Head of Department’s Reply to All: Thanks for sharing such a heart-felt email 😊.
Not every day you get one of these – proud to have Mahesh in the team proving our worth to you and our customers. Looking forward to collaborating more towards achieving greater results!

Head of Asia-Pacific Logistics Operations
Remanufacturing Conglomerate in USA with a Circular Supply Chain
It is my pleasure to state that Mahesh worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern for our Automotive manufacturing group company while simultaneously studying for his B.Sc. degree in Manufacturing Systems Technology, Industrial Management, at Missouri State University. Mahesh worked for us part-time during the Spring & Fall semesters, and full-time during the Summer & Winter breaks.
Mahesh’s core responsibility was to continuously improve our remanufacturing and circular supply chain operations in our production factories and warehouses/distribution centers by applying operational excellence best practices (like Lean Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Theory of Constraints, Time Studies, Quality Management Systems, Automation, Digital Technologies, and Industrial Engineering Principles). As his 3.95/4.00 Summa Cum Laude cumulative GPA proves, Mahesh performed brilliantly both at Missouri State University and at our company!
Mahesh’s core contributions to our company’s operational efficiency enhancements and business performance improvements resulted from:
- Mahesh creating innovative layout redesign proposals in AutoCAD with business cases for the head-machining area, the con-rod and crankshaft are, the packaging line, material staging/kitting areas and the raw material + finished goods warehouses to improve material flow, productivity, line balancing, process times, ergonomics, safety, and overall product quality while reducing defects and total operating costs.
- Mahesh combining his GEMBA observations and hands-on pilots with the inputs of senior, more experienced, colleagues across multiple functions like quality, product engineering, production, maintenance, industrial engineering, and business management to collaboratively bring many breakthrough ideas to life and implement them practically with everyone’s support, thus creating measurable performance improvements for all stakeholders.
- As a certified ISO/TS 16949 (now IATF 16949) quality practitioner, Mahesh supported new product launches/PPAPs for General Motors, Harley Davidson, and Mercury Marine while drafting work instructions for the production workers. Mahesh also played an instrumental role to convert paper-based work instructions to digital (live, always up-to-date versions) work instructions supported by 3D assembly simulations on all workstation computers – this immediately eliminated defects from outdated hard copy work instructions on the shop floor.
- Mahesh completed our corporate HQ’s Great Game of Business trainings/workshops and abided by the principles of transparent open book accounting throughout his tenure with us.
Mahesh was recognized for his outstanding contributions to our group automotive remanufacturing company by me (President & CEO of the Remanufacturing Conglomerate in the USA) during a team lunch just before Mahesh graduated from Missouri State University and successfully completed his Industrial Engineering Internship with us.
Mahesh greatly valued his real-world Corporate America work experience with us. And we greatly valued the bright ideas and innovative solutions that Mahesh brought to our business to remove bottlenecks, streamline processes, improve productivity, enhance quality, reduce costs, and raise profitability.
Group President & CEO
Leading Graduate Business University in the USA
It is my great pleasure to write on behalf of Mahesh Multani. I have known Mahesh since 2006, when he was a student in my graduate accounting class. Mahesh was an ideal student in my class – one whose main goal was to learn as much as he could (evidenced by the multitude of questions he asked, both in and out of class). After speaking with other professors in the MBA program, I found that Mahesh did the same questioning in their courses, as well.
Mahesh showed extra initiative in my class by taking the lead In group work assigned during class. He also assigned himself additional end of chapter problems, beyond the homework I assigned, so that he could gain further understanding of the course material. This initiative is typical of his approach to everything. For example, in our 2006 MBA integrated functional business case competition, Mahesh led his team to a first-place win and used his knowledge of the automotive industry to help them solve the business case.
Mahesh easily was the best and most motivated student in my class, and he excelled in his other courses, also. But beyond the grades on his transcripts, Mahesh displayed the ability to think creatively and critically, and he worked consistently to use those skills in whatever problem-solving situations we threw at him.
As you can see, I am quite impressed with Mahesh’s academic ability, motivation, and initiative. I’m also impressed with the strength of his character. He has proven himself to be responsible, caring, ethical, and dependable. I know that I can trust what he says, and count on him to do what he promises to do.
Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss Mahesh’s qualifications further. I will be most happy to provide more information on his behalf.
